Ration Card e-KYC 2024: Ration card holders were given one month time to update their e-KYC under the ration card scheme.  For which the last date has been fixed as 30th June, 2024.  Which has now been extended till 30 September 2024.  So you too should get e-KYC done as soon as possible with proper process.  So know what documents will be required.


 To avail the benefits of Ration Card Scheme without any hassle and disruption, it is mandatory to get your Ration Card E KYC done.  All the members included in the Ration Card should have KYC.  Any member whose KYC is not completed can stop receiving ration.  So, first check the KYC status of all the members included in your Ration Card and if any member is not KYCed then definitely update it.

Why is e-KYC done?

• There are many ration card holders in the country whose family member has passed away and ration is being drawn in their name as well.  For this reason e-KYC is being done to remove the names of such family members from the ration card.

How to do ration card and e-KYC

 • There are two methods of Ration Card e KYC through which the KYC process can be completed

First Process : Through CSC Jan Seva Kendra

• Ration card holders can do the e-KYC process online

• For this the card holder has to first go to the CSC Public Service Center recognized by the government

• After getting the information from the CSC Jan Seva Kendra the card holder or his documents have to be submitted

• After that, the e-KYC process will be completed through the public service center online

• For this one first go to the official website of the ration card from the Jan Seva Kendra

• By clicking on the Ration Card e KYC button on this website, all the information of the card holder will be updated

Second Process : E KYC by Ration Card Dealer

 • Another easiest way to update the ration card is to get e-KYC done by the ration card dealer

• For this you have to first go to the ration card dealer from whom you have to get information about your eKYC related documents.

 • After that give all the documents to the ration card dealer

 • Ration card dealer will complete all ration card A process called SINGH based on the documents

 How to Check Ration Card KYC Status?  ration card e-kyc online

• Download and install the MY RATION app.
• Open the application and click on “New User Registration”.
• Enter the required details and click on “Register”.
• Enter the OTP which will be sent to your registered mobile number.
• Click on “Login” and enter your registered mobile number and OTP.
• Click on “e-KYC” menu.
• Click on “Start e-KYC”.
• Enter your ration card and Aadhaar card number.
• Click on “Next”.
• Enter the OTP on the mobile number associated with your Aadhaar card.
 Click on “Verify OTP”.
• Scan your face.
• Click on “Submit”.
• You will get a message confirming that your e-KYC has been completed successfully.
